This subject can be one I find it difficult to address. This is largely impart because we all seem to have different ideas and beliefs about what kind of beings exist and what intentions they have. I choose love over fear and not to research deeply into to many details of the not as nice beings interacting with / influencing humans on our planet at this time. However, I have done to much healing work to ignore the fact that there are beings living that are not always seen, that are not humans, or lost souls or ghosts, that can effect our energy and sometime our thoughts if they have access to our energy bodies. Once again I am not addressing this to cause fear or worry for anyone as that is unnecessary. We have the power and every right to live a life unaffected by such beings. Sometimes we need to declare this and invite in our benevolent teams to assist us in having a safe sacred sovereign space and life. That is why I wish to address this topic. You are each sovereign beings gifted with divine free will and the option to only be influenced and work with those beings whom you choose. That is why I have alongside many people and helpers developed the Rescind Script. This is a script you can read choosing only what you like to reclaim your safe and sacred space, body, life! This Rescind Script is always changing and transforming to be a thorough as possible so feel free to check back in to see the newest version. Also feel free to adjust it to your own needs.

I declare now that only beings of the highest vibration of unconditional love and Christ consciousness, working for my highest good the highest good of all, are welcomed to work with me within my fields, bodies, and sacred spaces at any time, space, dimension, reality, universe, or have any influence over / with me ever, throughout all existence.

I rescind any and all enslavement, possession, anything using me, or going through me to harm others, anything using me period. I rescind any ability for a lower vibrational being of mal intent to jump from me to any others or to jump from any others to me, or to reach out to me in any way!

I rescind any access through any opening in my aura or fields, my multidimensional selves, my energetic connection with others, access through my blood lines; connections, family, soul family, and my vibrational alignment, and any past life selves or actions, or relations.

I rescind any access through my fears or other emotions, traumas and vibrational alignment from any lifetime, timeline or universal embodiment, from any consciousness streams and unconsciousness streams.

This rescind is pure and standing valid whether my emotions or ego or other aspect of me feels I deserve to not be freed!

I rescind any access through my eyes, ears, nose, mouth, thoughts, senses, ego, anything not aligned with divine truth, divine justice, divine free will, divine freedom, and divine love.

I rescind any clones, any loopholes, or duplicates of any of the things I just listed.

Not only do I rescind this access but I want it made clear that these states of my being are not giving permission, are not consent, and abuse or violation of these states is not allowed at any time, space, dimension, reality, or universe, throughout all existence, through my own free will!!!

I rescind all this from beings who are not of the highest vibration of unconditional love and Christ consciousness, working for my highest good and the highest good of all, with Divine Love!!!

This is for my physical, mental, emotional, universal/spiritual, astral, and all translucent bodies, all facets and pieces of me, It will go in all directions of time, space, dimensions and alternate realities,

Including all my timelines backwards and forwards, and those who choose to accept, of my ancestors and descendants, family, pets, soul family, and my divine counterpart.

This Rescind of permission is also for any spaces or items sacred to me and in my care, as well as any public places I frequent that would serve the highest good of all to affect.

All of this or better, in accordance with my declaration to only work with beings of the highest vibration of unconditional love. In accordance with divine love and divine justice and divine freedom.

Archangel Michael, please all those who have violated my free will!!!

Take them somewhere that serves their highest good, somewhere that they cannot reach any form, dimension or vibration, of earth. They cannot contact any beings here in any way. They are banished. I ask that any attachments they had to any other beings are now Revoked. I ask that All powers they had gained from any attachments the held are now also Revoked.

They cannot return to Earth until such time that they reconnect with Universal Source Energy and they come working with the intention and aligning with the highest Vibration of Unconditional Love.

If any wish to reconnected to Source now please have them assisted at this time.

I ask now for my guides of the highest vibration of unconditional love, to heal any and all traumas caused by, amplified by, impacted by, or manipulated by, that which I have rescinded. I ask that all residue, pieces and parts be neutralized and transmuted to light. Please backfill with Love, backfill with Love, backfill with Love.

I now ask that any portals in or affecting my sacred spaces such as my home, office, vehicles, or any spaces sacred to me; have any beings not working with the highest vibration of unconditional love escorted back from whence they came. Then please have these portals closed, sealed, and neutralized from all existence, backward and forward through all space and time. I ask that they are not replaceable, replicate-able, or reopen-able.

If that is not possible, please place a permanent White Diamond Light filter upon the portals, that only allows the highest vibration of unconditional love through from any and all directions.

Our teams of the highest vibration of unconditional love please go through our sacred spaces each item, piece, part, atoms and spaces in between, and neutralize heaviness. Restore to purity, then refill with the highest vibration of unconditional love and the highest vibration energy that serves us at this time.

Please neutralize any manifestations I have created while influenced by anything other than the highest vibration of unconditional love (snap your fingers) and replace them with only manifestation that are aligned with my highest heart space, my highest path and my highest good!

Seraph Adalean please place in my heart whatever symbols serve my highest good for protection. Then let these symbols grow to encompass my entire field and stay throughout the day!!!

When your energetic pathways are open and unobstructed you are able to maintain harmony in all of your bodies and fields, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, and have an easier time with the challenges of life.

I ask beings of the highest vibration of unconditional love to heal and clear ___(your name)___ for my highest good.

Please heal, unblock, and open my ___(chakra)___ and all of the energetic pathways, blockages , and traumas, in all of my bodies and fields from that chakra all the way down to my connection with inner earth.

People who have passed on but have not been able to cross to their next level of life into the light can become confused and find their way into the energetic fields of brightly shinning humans. After accumulating many of these lost souls one can become tired, exhausted, they can begin to feel the emotions of the lost souls trapped within their field thus feeling, sad, depressed, hopeless,.. Luckily our guides and the angels can be of great assistance when needing to free these souls from our fields.

Begin by asking your guides of the highest vibration of unconditional love, if you have trapped souls stuck anywhere in your fields. I utilize a pendulum for this task.

I then ask angels working with the highest unconditional love (I often specifically ask for Archangel Michael's help), to open a portal over a 10-100 mile area that allows lost souls to go to the next level of consciences, heaven. I ask that their loved ones be brought to the fore front to help them not be afraid and that they be showered with unconditional love. I then state: “you are all are worthy of unconditional love and you are forgiven, please go in peace”. I then ask the angels to close the portal when all souls who choose to pass through them have done so, or after 2 hours. Remember that although the angels are doing the big work you are anchoring their ability to perform the task by asking and being available in a physical body, so closing the portal after a few hours is best for your energy field.

Next you can invite in Archangel Michael as well as a guide very close to you that you work with often. Ask Michael and your guide to help all of the souls who are willing to leave your fields. You can ask that this work be shown to you using the pendulum. Ask for it to swing around in a circle until the souls have left your fields, and swing front to back once this task is complete.

Next call in Archangel Gabriel and Mother Mary to help the lost souls with more fear and trauma who are unwilling to leave your fields. Send out as much love and forgiveness for these souls as you can to help them. Then ask for confirmation on your pendulum that they are being helped out of your fields. Once again ask that the pendulum circle as the work is done and to swing front to back as the task is complete and you are clear.

Now to begin to heal from any damages caused from confused lost souls call on Archangel Raphael and his team of light to repair all damages done to all bodies and fields. Ask for Archangel Raphael and his team to fill you back up with loving energy and light. Ask to be restored to %100 of your energy and light. Then ask for confirmation on your pendulum as this work is being done, once again it will show you when the work is complete.

When you are performing a ceremony, or simply feel like you could use some extra protection, you may call on the benevolent helpers of the directions. You may call them to protect a space, for example the location of the ceremony, or to protect your home. You may also call upon them to protect your own energetic fields and aura. When you feel like you need lots of support or help it is a nice gesture to make an offering at each direction as well as send your love. The offering will depend upon the beings you are asking to help you. Burning Dragons Blood, Tobacco, candles, or another offering can be nice. You can also leave crystals, flower petals, or something else that shows your appreciation for your guides and helpful teams.

East

At times it is important to check in with yourself and notice if you are carrying energy that does not belong to you. As healers and empaths it is easy to subconsciously take on the energy of others when you wish to see them healed or help them in some way. This unfortunately does little to nothing to help them and causes you undue burden. Often we do not realize that we are either taking on their energy or lending them our own. You can work with your higher self to stop this unhelpful practice with the guidance from the Daily Intention for Empaths to Maintain their own Energy article.

If you feel you already are carrying energy that is not yours or wish to reconnect with more of your own energy then the following exersize will assist you.

Ask your guides to surround you with or place yourself into a energy bubble that will transform, all lower vibrations and any energy not serving your highest good, into love. I prefer to ask for a Golden Energy bubble. Once you are completely surrounded by the bubble you may intend:

“Any and all energy that I have taken on, absorbed, or is in my fields that is not mine. Any energy period that is not mine no matter how it came to be with me or where it is from, or who it is it from, I now release you freely with love. Please leave and go where you are needed most or where it would suit your highest good”
Feel yourself releasing any energy that is not yours that you have been holding onto. Feel almost as if pores and spaces are opening up within you to allow this energy to freely leave. See it slowly leaving your bubble until there is none left. Take a deep breath!

At this point you may spark another Golden Energy bubble within your heart space. Begin to grow this bubble slowly larger, until it meets and surpasses the original golden bubble As is grow it will make sure that any energy that is not yours gently moves along its outside rim until it is outside of your fields and free to go. At this point I ask for protection and integrity of my fields to continue to only allow in that which is for my highest good. When you are done ask your guides or angels to neutralize the Golden Bubbles with a violet flame.

Now Ask for or place yourself into another energy bubble, I use another Golden Energy bubble. This will ensure that only energies that are for your highest good with love will be able to return to you at this time. Once you are completely surrounded by the bubble you may intend:

“I now call back to me all of my own energy, that is ready to return and is for my highest good to return. Any energy I have given away, left behind, or have been separated from. Any energy that I turned away from , abandoned, or lost in any direction of time and space, from any dimension, reality, omniverse or anywhere in the universe!”
Take another deep breath while your long lost energy returns. You may need to state ease and grace as well as integrate. Receive your energy back with love❤

When done again ask your guides or angels to neutralize the Golden Bubble with a violet flame.
You are complete!

Do this exercise as often as you are called to. It may be best to wait a few days to allow the newly returned energy to integrate fully before calling more back in.

As an empath and especially as healers who wish to see all those around us thriving, it is very important to not give our own energy away or take on the energy of others. This is something that many of us already know however, you may not realize how often we do just that subconsciously to disastrous results. The reason to maintain your own energy is that we cannot truly help others by either giving them out energy our taking theirs, even when the intent is to take away pain or discomfort. Those methods may have been necessary before the energies of earth began shifting to the new awakening and ascension but, they no longer serve us. Now there are many ways to help each other and the collective while maintaining our own health and happiness. Health is certainly at risk when you are taking on the energy of others regularly and when you deplete yourself by giving your own energy away. The worst part is that neither of those methods help the person in need much, your energy is not what they need but a healing/ cleansing of their own. Fortunately it is pretty simple to correct this unhelpful energetic exchange.

Daily intend to your higher self and the universe:

“I do not consent to take on anyone’s energy, vibration, emotions, karmas, heaviness, illness, burdens or attachments, in any direction of time, space, alternate realities, dimensions, or universes!

I do not consent to give my own energy away!

I do consent to channel the universal love and healing through me to help others. All this or better for the highest good of all, and my highest good.”

*you may invite the higher self of your loved ones to participate before you begin or throughout the process, to retroactively join*

The first thing we always do is connect to the Universe, God, Source, all that is, I Am, whatever name you choose We connect out from our hearts, reach out our feelers and connect, feel the vast connections and love that exist all around you. You may see webs of light, the world in a glow, everything vibrating together, or something else, the important part is to feel the connections between all life as best you can.

Then state:

Thank You ( universe…) for loving me, I love you, and I love myself
Thank You ( universe…) for approving of me, I approve of you, and I approve of myself
Thank You ( universe…) for forgiving me, I forgive you, and I forgive myself
Thank You ( universe…) for being with me always
Thank You ( universe…) for protecting me
Thank You ( universe…) for My Armor

You should then sense armor coming all over your body, it can be actual knight armor or light armor, the armor will be as unique as the individual. My kids and I always say clink, clink, clink, out loud as our armor comes on. It can be fun and silly while adding sound to reinforce the action of the armor.
Next connect in to your I Am energy, the white/golden light within you. Run your white “I AM” light from the top of your head to your heart. Focus on that loving energy in your heart and then make a ball of it in your hands. Fill that ball up until it feels full, notice how that ball of energy in your hands matches the frequency in your heart.
I intend that all of the love and protection I now set, are for all of my bodies, my home, vehicles, offices, all my sacred spaces…

“I wrap myself in my I AM energy all day and night 4 feet in all directions up, down, front, back and side to side. (however many feet you want)”
You may, at this point ask for additional energy bubbles. I often call on the support of many energy bubbles to help me throughout the day including but not limited to, golden light, white light, violet flame…
I then place important symbols, such as the dragon reiki power symbol or Archangel Metetron’s Cube around my bubble, front back side to side above and below and center. Mix and match or call upon your own guides and symbols as necessary.
I often ask Archangel Metatron and Archangel Sandalphon to surround my bubble with Metatron’s Cube and the Flower of Life with the Heart Chakra petals.

Lastly, I wrap it all up within a pyramid made of crystal and platinum that stands around all of my fields all day and night.
“Only the highest unconditional love may enter this pyramid, energy that is not of the highest unconditional love will be transformed in to love and sent to where it is needed most.. I ask that beings not of the highest unconditional love are offered a universal love bubble from source and offered divine forgiveness, then sent on their way, they may not enter.”

While we are healers and spreaders of love, healing, and light codes, it is important that the beings we invite in to our inner circle are of the highest unconditional love. This allows us to form strong bonds with them and the universe; allowing us to trust that the suggestions and help that we get is coming from the highest love for our highest good.
I began to ensure that the guides I was working with were working with the highest love by inviting them all in at once. I then declared that only those working with the highest vibration of unconditional love were allowed to stay. To my shock and surprise one of the guides, I had been calling upon, got up to leave. I expressed my love and appreciation that I felt for their help and sent them off with love. At that time I did not offer them clearing or healing however, I have since gone back to offer them forgiveness and healing. They accepted some but have chosen to my knowledge to not commit to working with only unconditional love. Therefore, I do not invite them in to help me or offer me suggestions or guidance; I do not work with them at all currently.
You have many, many guides and beings working with you, to help you navigate through the struggles and challenges of living here on earth. The important part is to remember to invite them in to help you each day. There are angels, dragons, unicorns, star beings, forest people, and many other helpers, but they can do nothing but watch if you don’t ask them for help. Your free will makes this so.

When I invite my teams to come in and help me each day, I state:

“Beings of the highest unconditional love working for my highest good and the highest good of all, I invite you to help me today to walk my highest path, to offer me suggestions, and to help my day go smoothly and with grace.”

Some days I ask for much more help than others. I will ask for help having more patience, being more present in the moment, seeing clearly my blockages and getting suggestions on how to live a happier life.

It is also important to make it known that you accept miracles, that you are ready to receive love, light and prosperity; that you allow all things magnificent into your life.

When you invite in your guides every day, it helps you to connect better with them and to have your days just go smoother.
